Purpose of private placementIf you are only wait for News on Redemption project to find Kimberlite, the Private placement is not a good news for you.. because ADD will not spend fund on Redemption project due to NAR has option to spend another $4MM to that project. However, if you are long term shareholders and waiting for T-REX project for exploration and next step, the PP is good.. During NAR focus on the Redemption project, ADD will focus on T-REX for their 100% interest project. Also, we have a good kimberlite in there. I think if we do not find anything on Redemption project in April, the stock price will be down to 2 or 3 cents, but when we get a news release of exploration T-REX project, the stock will go up again to 10 - 15 cents.... By the way, keep fingers crossing for Redemption project as well, so if we find kimberlite, the stock price will be 15 to 20 cents and get some news of T-REX project and it will go up to 30 - 40 cents..
