I suspect the shares has fallen is because of lower sales for CARDS. The company has been in the mining business for nearly a decade, so I imagine most shareholders don't understand CARA as well as CARDS.
As you note, there are many things the company does wrong in the investor relations department. But this creates opportunities for investors who can see past the promotional marketing of some companies (such as marijuana stocks) and objectively analyze the underlying business.
