Hi Lanny ...when I mentioned Quebec budget ...and insiders had been buying ...I think we may have been onto something ...then March 11 things start going downhill with Covid 19 ...budgets all out the window...Quebec Ontario ...on the other hand this company should really be pushing our expertise in telehealth and AI to the Feds while Justin is spending money !!!
