I would be surprised to see Ross Beatty taken out so cheaply.  I don't think he merged Luminex with Adventus to get taken out for a measly 31% premium. Especially with the metals markets as hot as they are.I don't think this play is done yet.

Yah ... i am surprised as well at the low valuation !  That said, we know how it goes .... Big eats small.

... and Ross Beaty plays his cards well.  I did wonder why he merged Luminx and put money in the merged company and kept the name Adventus. If I venture reading the cards, he gets into the development of these projects with an established player. For him, and players with big funds its a matter of time, averages and deals.

Sold  but was expecting a  better premium and maybe keeping the exploration lands in ADZN. Guess I cannot complain too much as I just about doubled in a short period. On to the next. Have to keep my eye out for another situation where price is beat down but the goods are there just waiting for the right news

Ross has too much on his plate now , he dump his shares of ADZN to buy 40% Greenstone in EQX . As ADZN holder myself , I m dispointed for the deal , look at SVM today , it got punished more than it should be . Christian had no choice but making this deal otherwhile Trafaga and  Altilus roughly $20 mil debts will delute or swallon all ADZN , I loved SVM team prefered to pay off these two asap

Good for you and all the best there. I looked at svm in the pst and the country of operation got to me. So, now I couldn't go along with share swapping. Just me.

Fair point!  I'm a little disappointed in the deal as I believe there is more value in ADZN and it's land package then with the SVM properties.  That said, it sounds based on the press release that ADZN is strapped for cash, and was kind of painted into a corner to make a deal.

I agree with you. You see, we look at these things from our short term expectaion, I have been through these situations a good dozen times, through out my 30 years in this game. It is always good for the buyer of the project/company because they have a time frame much longer than ours and a few more possibilities within the exploration and development game for what they bought.  Also, the big

NO , I don't think so , SVM lost their bid for OreCorp which SVM had owned 15.61% of to Perseus ( PRU.T ) by Mar/22/2024 , just recently . While ADZN in deperate for money ( $30 mil to fullfil their obligation with Trafaga and Alitus before WHEATON release money $175 mil for construction  ) to push ElDomo forward . I
