High volume in last 30 mins of yesterday trade

High volume in last 30 mins of yesterday trade380k share was snatch in last 30 minutes at $.37 before it close with low volume at $.36.  Ending the day with higher volume then the previous day.  Someone is manipulating this stock trying to grab as much of it as possible.  Very good sign it will blast off.
