The Company also holds the Marquez-Juan Tafoya uranium project (Juan Tafoya) located in the Grants Uranium Mineral District, about 50 miles west-northwest of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Insider summaryI did not think insiders could buy stock in the middle of a financing, for obvious reasons like price fixing etc. I guess I am wrong. Why buy in open market when they could have participated in the financing.

That was also some of the fastest insider filing I have ever seen. The publicity does not hurt though ..... in the middle of a financing....
