Anfield Energy Inc. is a Canada-based uranium and vanadium development and near-term production company. A key asset in the Company’s portfolio is the Shootaring Canyon Mill in Garfield County, Utah. The Shootaring Canyon Mill is located within the uranium production areas in the United States and is the licensed uranium mill in the United States. Its conventional uranium assets consist of mining claims and state leases in southeastern Utah, Colorado, and Arizona, targeting areas where past uranium mining or prospecting occurred. Its conventional uranium assets include the Velvet-Wood Project, the Slick Rock Project, the West Slope Project, the Frank M Uranium Project, as well as the Findlay Tank breccia pipe. The Shootaring Canyon Mill is located approximately 48 miles south of Hanksville, Utah. The Company also holds the Marquez-Juan Tafoya uranium project (Juan Tafoya) located in the Grants Uranium Mineral District, about 50 miles west-northwest of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Doing very well I think

Stock is holding up so much better than I expected as I thought it would easily sell off below .20 cents by now. Looks like GMP is the designated bag holder. I wonder are they replacing Maquarrie or just pinch hitter? Scotia and Fidelity are leading 6 selling houses but as you can see one buyer stands out like a sore thumb. What does this person or people at GMP know or think they know? I am keeping an open mind as I would be extremely happy to be proven wrong about AEC's destiny.

I think shareholders should hope that AEC can complete the recently announced financing but I think they should scrap the Magnum deal. Value trap IMHO. It is interesting to learn recently that Artisans CEO consulted or worked for Magnum in some capacity (possibly operations manager) about 4 or 5 years ago so clearly has or should have a good idea what Artisan is buying for 5 + million bucks. Judging from past news releases I know there is very creative poeple involved at Artisan. I am waiting to see what other creative ideas they come up with next. She's a long road without a bend...billy. Make it right "Holmes on Homes"
