insiders have to file

if they sell or buy  within 5 days.

so,no selling from EU so far.

investors who sell right now might be people who bought at the 5.5 cents level and want just to hold the warrants.

they make 4 cents/share and still have the warrants  at 8.5cents

EU is not a insider,  they are a investor that anounced that they sold 15 million of the 185 million that they had  AFTER they sold them 2 1/2 months  ago.  i bet that they have been selling AEC for 2 + months now and will tell us  AFTER they have sold them all  in about a week or so.   i bet that most if not all has gone to Sprott.imo.

Well sorry EU are insiders,  then how did they get away with   telling the market  AFTER they sold,  and it looked like it was to one buyer to over 15 million sold like in one day back then.  hey is this John guy that has sold some to is  the  board member that Encore got to put on AEC`s  board?
