For a new high soon. I'm betting for at least 75 cents. Which is crazy, because it should have been that months ago. Mr. Market just can't wrap it's head around how contrarian this. And yet it isn't. It's absolutely written on the wall that AEP is doing exactly what the market should be expecting, but the market just can't see it.
