In the groundTalking to mgmt. you get the balogny story about being careful and putting the money into the ground, so no real plans in a while. Nice talk! talk! talk! ....but poor performance. Actually NO performance.
I think they had in mind a shovel and burying their funds (in the ground).
Even in this depressed junior ex. market......extremely poor performance...no pulse whatsoever!!!
Seems to be a definite lack of goals, leadership or drive to get this slug moving again.
