RE:RE:Alpha Exploration and Lakeland Propose MergerI own Alpha shares, and almost loaded up on them about a month ago.. It is only by sheer luck that I did not. I like AEX's projects, and I like the people involved with the company too.. but IMO this is a bum deal for AEX shareholders, though a great deal for Lakeland..
Alpha had a cap of what.. 1.5 million? Lakeland.. 2.1 million? So Mergeco at 3.6 million?
So with 41 million post-consolidated/merged shares, this thing should open at ~8.5 cents? Maybe.. for a couple days. I think 5-6 cents is more likely though.
Alpha should not be at 2 cents with the projects they have and the money they've put into them. Hook alone should have them at 5c at LEAST. Would Cameco pay 1.5 million for Alpha's projects?
