I just don't really know what to make of your comments...
You are making a big thing about a boiler plate statement that almost all Junior exploration Corporation have somewhere in there statement...
Furthermore, as far as I can remember that statement has always been present in AFA previous financial statements... so its present in the last quarter is neither new nor significant...
Finally, if you did look at SEDI you could not have found that information since that is for insider reports..., So assuming that you look at SEDAR, you should have also notice that the MDA were signed and published on July 25, 2010 and that on August 8 and 10 the Corporation announced that is had close for $ 1,200,000 in private placement !!!!
One last question, can you please tell me how a Corporation with no debt can go bankrupt ??????
