Wise guy

Wise guyWise Guy,

I must seriously recommend that you look for other investments venues because you seem not to understand anything about exploration companies.

Firstly, since when does a serious mining analyst and/or broker or investor await revenues from a sampling program?

This is completely out of the nature of the business model, which is discover, explore and develop mining projects before selling them or bringing them in production.

The goal of the sampling program completed was to see if the Corporation could find diamonds in concentration, in order to see if potentially economic diamonds deposits exist and if the diamonds were of the right size.

They have reached the goal and the next step is to start delineating resources, which is what the have announced this week.

The third step is trial mining to confirm economics. You will see revenues only after the third step, which is trial mining.

Secondly, your comments about the quarterly financial information seriously demonstrate that you are not a serious investor...

Only a How can you say that you doubt they have issued quarterly reports since a while.

Are you joking? If it was the case, the company would be cease trading since a while. It is an obligation of the law to file quarterly reports and they have to be filed on www.sedar.com. Every investor knows that!

Furthermore, you can find them on the companies web site.

Thirdly, you say that revenues will confirm that the diamonds are real. Fine, but if you are serious and have a bit of knowledge, you know that they can sell anything coming from anywhere. Showing revenues does not prove the existance or provenance of diamonds. This is not unique to AFA and diamonds. This is the same for any mining and exploration companies developping projects in whatever commodities.

If you are a bit serious with a bit of knowledge, you know that Namibia is part of the Kimberley process, which is a system brought in place by UNO and Canada in order to confirm the existance of diamonds and their provenance. It is a very tight system and Namibia is fully adhering to the procedures. In fact, any one who wants to control the existance and provenance of diamonds would only request the Kimberley certificate. I am certain that the auditors do so every year.

You see, the controls, rules of audit and governance are pretty tight today and because of this, it is a very long time since we saw a scandal in the mining business.

Based on the above, it is clear that you should change your investment targets and look for more quiet heaven or you start learning about the industry and hope to understand one day what you are doing.
