We await only approval of the Stock Exchange for amendment with the contract for l' acquisition d' EPL 3403 which was announced in November. We hope to receive it this week when at the latest at the beginning of next week. L' approval will enable us to reactivate the development of the project. Moreover, details concerning the Haib project and the dividend by actions will be revealed in the few weeks to come. We envisage a better year on the markets and intend to benefit from it.

Nous attendons seulement l'approbation de la Bourse pour l'amendement au contrat pour l'acquisition d'EPL 3403 qui fut annoncé en novembre. Nous espérons la recevoir cette semaine où au plus tard en début de semaine prochaine. L'approbation nous permettra de réactiver le développement du projet. De plus, des détails concernant le projet Haib et le dividende par actions seront divulgués dans le quelques semaines à venir. Nous prévoyons une meilleure année sur les marchés et entendons en profiter.
