And for me, its no big deal, I am a junior exploration investors, I understand that in this business, raising money to advance a project is the key of the war, and in that regard dilution is part of the game.... If you can deal with that, then don't play this game...
Everything is a game of timming, and if you time well what you are doing, you have big rewards, if you are patient...
I prefer to have a smaller piece of a bigger deal that I know will succeed then a larger part of a deal going nowhere...
Nobody on this board can say that they did not know that AFA needed to raise money ( Ie issuing new shares) to advance it diamond exploration project, NOBODY, heck you made certain of that....
But the key point was that you never beleived that anybody would, but they did..
