Nota bene - this is a very free interpretation and not ment o be the exact wording. Pls confirm from the horses mouth if you need a more official, verifyed and confirmed version.

"We'll need approximately some $3.5 milluion to finance the immediate round of next work. However the financing as such is already completed and more or less the only matter remaining related to getting this finalised is trying to get as favourable terms as possible for AFA. I do hope the news we're about to disclose eg. related to the separate listing of the  HAIB project as well as news related to the new IMDH owned concession immediately boardering EPL3404s Area 1 will facilitate getting as favourable T's & C's as possible."
