We have finaly received the conditional approval from the Stock Exchange for the amended agreement for EPL 3403. They were awfully slow. They took 2 months for an approval that would normally take 2 to 3 weeks. We even had to make a formal complaint, which is not ususal with TSX Venture. The condition are usual stuff and will be met shortly. We will then be able to announce the approval and that we immeditely start preparing the survey to start in the shortest time schedule possible. The vessel is ready and waiting for the survey to start. The start of the program was pending only because of the new amendment and its approval by the Exchange.
We have made extensive promotion in New York, Toronto and South Africa for both the marine diamonds and the copper. We have attracted a lot of interest for both project. We will look at financing only after the survey will have started and that the details of the spin-off dividend will have been announced.
