RE: Replysome two months ago or rather 31 of jan 2012 2 this in parts is what I got as an answer from AFA CEO Mr Leveille:
"We have finaly received the conditional approval from the Stock Exchange for the amended agreement for EPL 3403. They were awfully slow. They took 2 months for an approval that would normally take 2 to 3 weeks. We even had to make a formal complaint, which is not ususal with TSX Venture. The condition are usual stuff and will be met shortly. We will then be able to announce the approval and that we immeditely start preparing the survey to start in the shortest time schedule possible. The vessel is ready and waiting for the survey to start. The start of the program was pending only because of the new amendment and its approval by the Exchange."
Then appoximately one month ago this is what whas announced:

Thus I would imagine this now is the status as per one month ago:
"we immeditely start preparing the survey to start in the shortest time schedule possible. The vessel is ready and waiting for the survey to start"
Given the above by all means it's no to far streatched to assume the survey is about to start sometimes during next coming weeek or at least prior to the end of the month of mars.
