As Central banks ww already have initiated the perpetual QE we now see unfolding investors to a much higher degree from here on seeking shelter in hard asstes as fiat currencys depreciate in value in an ever increasing phase and most certainly also bonds can be regarded as "the mother of all bubbles".
As soon there is proof enough there is value in the ground thats then what will drive valuation of this play. Most certainly as that value if it exists as we hope and beleive is not that hard to obtain and get out of and up from the sea..
