You seem to confuse many issue and mix them all together.
First of all, on what base can you say state:

From that statement you seem to confuse the announcement of an intention to finance and the actual closing. These two things are very different. As talk to many investors, and I can tell you for them the announcement of an intention to complete a financing is nothing, what counts is the actual closing. Second in such a difficult market, I can tell you that I knew a lot of people that we skeptical of the closing would actually take place. Heck I would not be surprised if some of the traders that shorted the stock came to the same conclusion.
Also, do you have any evidence to make the following statement:

I doubt it, all that we know from the press release is that, yes the geophysical survey has been completed, but that they are now doing the data compilation and analysis. Furthermore, once again from the PR, the Company has stated that once the financing is closed, will the finalized the sampling program date.
If you have any evidence for that, you should present it, because what you are doing is accusing the Corporation of withholding information, and that is illegal... So do you have any proof, or this just your own hypothesis..
And the other comments is really confusing:

So what is actually wrong with that, and what manipulation are you be talking about when the plan of action of the company is so clear ?
So let me see if I understand your post, the company close a financing announced in difficult market, that is no news, there are some investors buying large position, that is bad news...
If that is that case, then I have no clue what would be good news for you...
