Hey Franjull

Can you please in lite us about how you came to conclusion that the dividend spin out is not worth more then 1 C...Please not your usual lame answer about the number of shares: We all know that afa has 238,000,000 shares (or a market Cap of 9,5 millions)....Please tell us your reason for stating that the value of AFA interest in the Haib project is less then 2,3 million dollars ?Please give us details, we are dying to know....

I would like to know how he does his math too. Just in case Franjul can't do division I'll help him out.15,000,000 / 238,000,000 = .063

1 )  verify the number of options.....  and tou will arrive at close to 300 m shares. 2 )  they have no more cash.  Who will pay the big salary for the next year ???3 )  They want to rent a boat to fish for diamond,  it will cost them a fortune.  4)  so   if you get  0.01 a share as dividend  be happy.

if i am wrong i will be very happy for you,  good luck.  But I thing that thshare will go down sharply after the dividend so there is no diffirence.

Are you for real,How can you justify including the warrants in your math, without adding the cash raised through their exercise ? You mean that you don't know that a warrant is nothing but a right to buy a share of AFA at a certain price, and for the warrants to become a share, the investors has to give the Corporation money. So for you to use the FD number, and not had the cash is not honest ...more

honesty...whose is talking ???? If you thing that the dividend will be over  0.01/ 0.015  you are probably dreaming....  I hope for you that you will make a fortune out of this one.  The problem is that management is repeating the same thing for the last 15 years with no results at all.    If you thing that the price will go up with over 238,000 ...more

Why can you just answer simple questions ? I have ask, on what do you base yourself to say that dividend value is not going to be worth more then 1c. (and I have asked that you go further then your usual platitude about the numbers of shares), and yet you cannot defend your reasoning ? You have to go back to size of the float, big deal, and even when you use that you are playing with the truth ...more

let say they have an interest of  15 millions ( source their presentation sep 12 th)   15millions $ / 300m shares =  0.05 They will not get the money in one shot,  let say 5 years,  so in one year they might receive  3 millions3  m / 300 m =   0.01BUT  now they don not have money.     They will need  at ...more

Just as I suspected, you talk of thing you do not comprehend... Actually pretty funny..., what part of a dividend spin out do you not understand? As it is written black and white in the press release, AFA will distribute there shares in the new listed Company to its present shareholders, so upon listing AFA shareholders will get the full 5 C value, not over time, upon listing... Ps, genius, you ...more
