Arpagoon,   you are wrong.   Dear XXX The dividend will be in about 2 1/2 to 3 months. I would have liked to issue the dividend first but it was not possible. Also, it does not change the maths so much as IMDH were suppose to receive their shares before the dividend, which they will not. So, Trinity is only replacing IMDH. At the end of the day, it will be nearly the same. &
