RE: Sad state

RE: Sad state

Hi waitingstill,

Between AOI and HRN, I also have a huge loss. I have some bad days where I feel bitter and resentful towards KH and feel cheated and lied to (particularly when the SP drops a lot). But the negative feelings do clear up a bit and I am always drawn back to the conclusion that there's something really unique and great about AOI/HRN and this opportunity might not ever come along again.

As so many have said, the key here is to have patience and a little faith in these companies. Easier said than done when the SP drops 80% but if you really believe HRN has good blocks and that other companies are really interested in Somalia (Genel for example), and as freemason said - all they need is one strike, then things don't seem that bad - infact, quite the opposite.

Not sure if you're averaging down or not, but in my case, I've been able to purchase a relatively large number of shares since the shabeel debacle, which I would have nowhere near back when they were $1.50 each. I'm playing the wait game just like everyone else and honestly, I don't have anything better going on than these two investments. Despite all the SP fluctuations and company shenanigans, I still feel that we are going to be very, very well rewarded in the future. It can be therapeutic to be distracted a little - like the Mayan stuff :-)
