iShares Core US Aggregate Bond ETF V.AGG

Primary Symbol: AGG

The iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

My own 2 cents

My own 2 cents
The metric of $ per oz in the ground is pretty much irrelevant when nobody wants the project, which has always been and is still the case with AGG.  The people who actually finance, build or buy gold mines would not even put AGG on a short list worth looking at closely.  The fact that it has taken so many years (and rounds of financing) for the deposit to reach its present size (and low grade) is screaming to potential investors that the exploration upside remains very limited.  (Management seems to agree, as they suddenly dropped their plan that drilling is the best way to increase the value of the project.)  On top of that, credibility has always been and remains a very big issue through all the changes in management up to now.

So it seems I am agreeing with ABD to a certain extent.  However, as others have pointed out, his posts are tilted to his own interest and objective, which is for RBX to acquire Kobada, and as cheaply as possible.

Just my opinion of course.  Go ahead and throw insults if you think it will help.
