RE: FD sanity check plsThe price of 80/ oz seems high to me for such low grade. Victoria Gold is trading at about 39/ oz with a low grade deposit in the Yukon but very high grade in Neveda. The deposit in Mali will be very very cheap to mine and process and reatively quickly to bring into production. I would probably use a 60/oz price and 1.5 - 2 million ozs and 80 million shares for a price of about $1.25/share. We would still own the properties in Ghana. One is now farmed out to Newmount the other next to Keegan. Both good properties with potential.
Shareholders would probably get of stock of the acquiring company issued on a tax deferred basis and still retain their original share position.
Unlike anyother company I an awrae of this should happen soon. Clearly the 3rd party spent the money to verify the deposit in order to make a purchase decision. In the meantime the company will continue to prove up as much gold as possible.
