The iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

I give management points for cashing up big time at $.70 and it seems to me that they are deploying that cash extremely efficiently. Sure they could spend more time and money on IR but that would take money out of the ground and quite frankly, I don't think it would do much for the share price. I think that has more to do with the current market sentiment; particularly towards West African gold juniors.

What we probably have to recognize if we invest in AGG is that management probably isn't overly concerned with the short term share price now that they won't have to come back to market for quite some time. They know what they have and they're focused on the end result. Personally, I'd like them to give us an intermediate update on their NI 43-101 resources so investors can clearly see that we have now; but I guess that would take money. So we watch and wait and buy or sell. There are plenty of other choices if you don't like how management operates.
