RE: Oxide stuff

RE: Oxide stuffTire9

Scuttlebut is a 2 - 3 MM oz resource. This deposit is amenable to gravity separation with about 90% recovery so it will be even cheaper to mine than a heap leach operation. I've heard the cutt off grade could be as low as 0.2 gm/ton.

No problem with water but don't know about power. It is Africa so i expect they'll have to build a diesel power plant at site. I doubt this will be an energy intensive mine though.

This is a very valuble deposit. i know some of the long time posters get tired of this but we should be trading north of $2 just on Kobada alone. I don't know what the catalyst will be but the market will wake up to this reality one day.

I'm speculating here but I think all their focus is going to be on Kobada given limited resources and crappy general market conditions. AGG still has $8 - 9MM in the kitty but you can blow through it pretty quickly with Kobada. I do know for a fact they are keeping a close eye on cash burn but their in good shape cash wise for the next 12 - 18 months.

I'm betting they're going to do the bare minimum to keep their property positions in Ghana in good stead. I'd personally love to see them spin out the Ghana holdings into a separate company as were not getting anything for them regardless.
