RE:RE:INSANE VALUATION

RE:RE:INSANE VALUATION There are a few companies with some real money looking for low cost advanced stage plays in Africa. AGG certainly could draw some attention. This is just one of the suitors I have read about lately...

Rick Clark and Simon Jackson's Orca Gold Inc. (ORG) edged up two cents to 35 cents on 197,000 shares. The company has over $30-million in working capital, 107 million shares outstanding and 1.7 million ounces of gold in Sudan, one of Africa's most dangerous countries. Last week, president Jackson decided it was time for him to step down as president so he can move with his family to Australia. He will remain a director. Orca has since promoted its vice-president of exploration, Hugh Stuart, to president. Mr. Stuart has been working with directors Clark and Jackson for over a decade, previously at their Red Back Mining Inc., which had one big gold deposit in an isolated part of Mauritania. Orca's project, Block 14, is also isolated, but in the less-hospitable region of northern Sudan, where tribal violence is continuing. Orca says it is open to diversification and is looking for other gold projects in Africa.

Acacia previously African Barrick who recently optioned SWAs Hounde property is also still looking for a near term producer. They were looking for a little larger project then AGGs but I think the low cost of production and the low Capex could draw Acacia into having a closer look.

IamGold is also on the hunt in Africa and have a $800 mil working cap to shop with. They are already in Mali and have a penchant for working with juniors. They are drilling the new Diakha discovery with Merrex Gold MXI and have been an excellent partner for MXI.
