The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

Preserving cash and hoping for a miracle to happen is not the best option. Who will eventually want to finance this company that has ceased to develop, and at what price? Time is definitely your worst enemy.
 
For lack of interest, I estimate that AGG's next financing will be less than $5,000,000 and also the most expensive in its history, probably less than 10 cents per share.
 
What once was called a ridiculous offer for Mr Callow would now be a formidable offer. The fragility of one makes the happiness of the other. Unfortunately, that's how it works.
