bug news coming in from Silver X Mining who announced that the previously announced shares for debt transaction is completed. $AGX.V distinguished a total of CAD$1,668,518 by issuance of common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.315 per share. all securities that have been issued will be subjected to a four month fold period from the date of issue.

good for $AGX.V, this news coupled with their new listing on OTCQB is already reflecting positively on their price which is experiencing an upward slope. hoping to see this trend continue.
