From 10:15  a.m. to 1:45 p.m. TD buys 118,000 shares between 15 cents and 18 cents finishing at 18 cents i.e. up 2 cents and then at 15 minutes to the close they sold 3000 shares at 15 cents to knock it back to down 1 cent on the day --- game playing?
