RE:RE:***Gordon Eberwein. Calling wash traders by name to shame..
Awareness.

Also IMO, it presents a sense of monitoring (watch dog) and protection of the company and reflects none-tolerance and the tendency to expose with prejudice, showing factual  relevance to intend to commit and cause harm with full awareness by illegal manipulation of Ackroo stocks for the sole purpose of gaining unfair/unethical profit.

To respond to your passive view, the attention to the dates and uncovering historical facts are the precise intention of this undertaking and the most important issue.  I explain:

I  am doing this as a remembrance  for the  shareholders of the record that endured financial loss (2013) and were unable to discover the true  cause of it at the time.  The facts of the events were finally investigated by the commision and brought to light 3 years later in 2016, unveiling a high-profile crime which was intentionally orcastered by Gordon Eberwein.

Three years of separation between the "effect" and its "cause" resulted in lack of timely exposure and delay in enforcement of justice, absent of vindication for those lost-in-time shareholders of Ackroo, failed to inform the missing cause to the collective of the shareholders that experienced the loss and serve to reverse the negative views of the uninformed holders towards the issuer for their financial loss, due to unwarranted drop in share value.

This event, may have caused a false negative perception towards Ackroo and not the criminal that victimized both the holder and issuer.

I am trying to lighten the weight by re-exposing the facts, and linking the Cause and Effect to its historical timelines to bring to light, the full awareness to the facts that was unavailable at the time of the crime. Making it possible for those affected but still in the dark, to discover the truth, hence removing that negativity and possible false judgment towards the issuer.  (Ackroo)

If anything, I am promoting positivity and provide disclosure that puts Ackroo in the same position as shareholders.
