I bought back into ALH with a modest amount of shares last week after exiting my position in 2011. While the value and potential of ALH is very great, the risk is also high until the financing is closed and the terms are known. I have seen other juniors do extremely dilutive financings at these extremely depressed prices.
The entire gold producer sector is extremely depressed and there is lot of value everywhere. It seems to me that there are other situations with deep value and less risk because they have the needed financing in hand and so don't have to finance at this time at these depressed prices.
