I am tied to the tracks and hear the train Yes you can analyze things to death but it means nothing if there is no money in the till.If they cannot secure some financing soon then the lights will be shut off and the doors locked.It is a world of cash flow and cash is king so even if they pay the accounting bills they have lawyers staff etc It has potential to be good maybe great property and hopefully developed by Alhambra . If these negotations are staled then lets move on as there is always joint ventures, short term financing . It is past the time to hope this gets done. Lets get creative and make this happen
