when will we see new 43-101(s)

After such a long wait for news, it seems the information is quite positive.  However, there was not mention of new release of National Instrument ("NI") 43-101 related to recent testing results.  Is that what it takes to get more activity/interest in the shares of this company?  Or is it possible management would prefer to release this information closer to timing of a new listing (Hong Kong)?

Only by exporting drill cores to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan could proof of “consistently valid results” in assaying drill samples be obtained; and, while this straight-forward errand might seem trivial, in practice, obtaining approval from the Kazakhstan government Committee of Industry to do so has proven extremely exasperating (by far, accounting for the lion’s share of this delay). regardlessof the news blackout, the stock chart looks a lot like the 3 year pattern is holding - up as a result of good work by mgmt and then retrace through periods of extended silence.the current floor of the 60 cent range strikes me as being the pull back limit on this round unless the delays are even more pronounced than in the past.they have 2qtr to release this month, so with warm weather ...more

    anyone know what this reference to a government right of first refusal on new common shares is coming from.i do not remember ever seeing anything like that before.
