I agree that things have happened that may have been out of their control.The financing has taken a ridiculous amount of time the weather not cooperating but... .my issue is the amount to file is expensive but WOW a bank will not give them enough just to file.They have millions in the ground and cannot get enough money to pay the auditors.Something doesn't add up
