This comes across as the old land trading deals for increasing property valuations and increasing fake funding. The deal plays like this: An individual buys a certain piece of property for say $1M. That individual sells the property back to another entity for $10M. The entity now has a property valued at $10M and so therefore can take out a loan against the property for say $3M. The entity can ...more

I won't go into all of it. But they already have a 700k oz 43101 resource. And this is on less than 20 percent of their land holdings   Must be painful being short as this is up 500% in 3 months.  And up strong again today.

I totally agree with all of the attributes that Altamira currently has and the prospects it has for the future. Again I don't short stocks and I would love nothing more than being in the stock today. I have been following this stock since it was Floresta but only started investing in it this year. By the way it is only up 300% in 3 months. Start with the math and work you're way up from ...more

Thanks for the clarification twentyfourcarat. The information is welcomed. I assume that you are referring to the Alliance that was announced in Feb 2018? https://www.juniorminingnetwork.com/junior-miner-news/press-releases/893-cse/csq/42557-canamex-gold-forms-ethereum-blockchain-strategic-alliance-gold-and-silver-asset-backed-crypto-tokens.html

Appreciate the info but I have already shown that the $155M PP only raised $1.43M. These guys can't even make the first tranche payments for CSQ and GYA (since January). This is months before Covid had any influences. Canamex has actually been waiting 2 1/2 years for the same group to get these digitized platforms in place. I would suggest readers go back through your own postings to get info ...more

I see you have the same handle over CEO and have been having the same discussions. All related to the failed financings of CSQ and GYA. You seem be a glutton for punishment when it comes to this group's streaming strategies. Sorry too see.

Appreciate your reply. I have no ill will against any shareholders of these companies. I merely became wrapped up in the information I was coming across while performing my due diligence on a company that I personally was vested in. If the financing does come through i will be one of the first back in. Cheers

I think you mean Celtic1. Shneps isn't the one who reacted badly, his comments were both balanced and fair in the circumstances. At the end of the day we are all here to share, good or bad information. Disclosures by the company on timely and informative reporting would make less of a reliance on these boards necessary, but here we are.  Also, anyone who posts a question or a query and ...more

From your post, twentyfourcarat, the plan is to tokenize all the assets? So they can trade separately on a token exchange? The token exchange being setup by the consortium you referred to? Is that correct?
Comment by shneps on Jul 23, 2020 2:27pm
Thank you for the comment Metal. I believe for the three companies it is only the forward purchase agreements. The premise of what Metalstream is trying to do is a good idea. They are basically trying to setup themselves as a royalty/ streaming company and utilizing cryptocurrencies for the financing. The problem I see at the moment is they are offering these digitized tokens at a 40% discount to ...more

".....opened up to the angry retail mob too " Really? Aren't these angry retail mob the ones supporting these companies and providing the financing and valuation? It's not a fair comment. At the end of the day, we are all looking to work out fair value of these PM's. Working out wether the company is undervalued (buy) or overvalued (sell) is a normal part of trading. Again ...more

This is for the known resource. It doesn't include what's on the remaining 700 sq miles of property.    also isn't using 18.5 per oz ridiculously low? Thanks your efforts below. Good to see data.

Why are tokens good for miners or their shareholders? Canamex tokens do not appear to have provided any benefit to shareholders, it does not look like the Malta Digital Exhchange they were listed on is even operating any more. If an exchange built and operated by veterans and the backing of a government cannot succeed in this market, then what makes DSX different? Energa EGX tokens were issued ...more

Twentyfourcarat, thanks for the envelope, whilst two corners of the envelope I agree with Options 1 + 3, and which clearly show the equity is not dilutive, the other two corners of your envelope are incorrect. You've miss calculated Option 2 + 4. Perhaps, recalculate and repost with corrections.

I am going to post a link from Canamex Gold's last financial statement (Jan. 31st 2020) it is a very interesting read through to see how David Vincent and team have decimated this company. You're absolutely correct, the concerns are building on Metalstream. There are many issues such as management credibility, jurisdiction, the secrecy and the lack of information or track record as well as numerous others we do and don't know about. Clearly you all are more informed on the financial analysis related to metalstream or equity financing  what I Caught on these great postings is Bennett has a good management. Altamira has good properties.   believe these are 2 of the most important criteria for picking  one a miner for future performance.  Thank you

No, but the prepayment liability is a 12.5% NSR on the property.  That's needs to be also factured. For any reason if the agreement is terminated the NSR is retained - Not verbatim Liabilities to shareholders.

Twentyfourcarat thankyou, but the numbers add up just fine, I wish they didn't, but they do. But you have raised a very important point - impairment. Just on the prepayment liability first, the liability cannot be more than the prepayment amount as it the contracted value of the forward sale. The difference of the "gold quarantined' is an impairment charge to ALTA's assets ...more

LOL! You have agreed with me!.... "where a sale is made today for discounted gold delivered in the future". Thats EXACTLY, what I'm saying. They receive the prepayment = unearned revenue = liability! Since you've now accepted it, the point is that the funds received aren't earned until the gold is delivered. This is not a LOAN but an obligation to deliver the gold for the ...more

You're bang on Metalstream. The other thing I would like to point out is the STO Market is not a trading platform of Metalstream. Another interesting point is they sell the tokens for a 40% discount to gold spot. Yet, of the generated revenue (from the sale of the tokens) only 25% goes to the purchasing of physical gold for redemption. After 90 days if everybody (or even less 25% due to 40% discount) wants their money back where does it come from? Particularily the fact that in a rising gold market they could legitimately ...more

Agree, that's a real conern. I took a look at the documents posted by twentyfourcarat and they are as badly written as the deal terms for this streaming deal. It's very unclear, so much so that it doesn't make any sense for any real investor. It must be aimed at the token crowd. I can't see any real investor being interested based on the claims made by Metalstream. There's ...more

Thanks shneps, this has me wondering too. The metalstream memorandum has lots of technical information on the mine sites, but nothing at all on the process for redeeming bullion, something which is fundamental to their tokens having a value. It's like they naively expect that they will never have to do a redemption. I am reminded of the South Park episode about the underpants gnomes ...more

Twentyfourcarat Options 1 + 3 are clearly not dilutive as the share value in both scenarios is the same pre and post the equity raise.
