Last meeting was August 26th, 2021. That means last day for a meeting would be November 26th, 2022.
Advance notice of the meeting is 25 days.
That means we should know more by November 1, 2022 (at the latest).
This gives ALY just over 1 month to put a good arguement together for why the money raised last summer has not been spent as indicated in the prospectus.
