I'd rather use your energy to collectively dig in and dive deeper on each of the ring leaders. Each are worthy of their own thread.
1) Prakash: Lets dig deeper on Prakash and his history with ALY, Radient, and Front Street Capital. How was Prakash ever qualified to run a fintech company as CEO and why would the board approve the CEO to also concurrently be the CFO of a cannabis company (Radient).
2) Chaith: why would a founder and CEO of ALY leave to be CEO of another AI company and hand the reigns over to Prakash with no experience in running a technology company? How much $ and/or IP crossed from ALY to the new Chaith company?
3) Jith: he is on the board of ALY as well as being on the board of Radient with Prakash. What makes Jith qualified to sit on the board of a technology company? What special skills does he bring? Jith runs a nutraceutical pill popping company. What special skills does Jith bring to the table?
More importantly, how are they all related and did not disclose?
