...Aldershot Resources Ltd (the “Company”) is pleased to announce its private placement of $1,500,000 announced on June 2, 2011 has been increased by an additional $150,000, for a total private placement of $1,650,000. All terms of the private placement remains the same as originally announced.
It is expected the private placement will close concurrently with the closing of the purchase of all the outstanding shares of Royal USA Inc. from Royal Resources Limited which, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, is scheduled to occur in August, 2011....
