3,000,000 Common Shares to Caddy
ALDERSHOT RESOURCES LTD. ("ALZ-V")

.05 to its CEO, Jeremy Caddy
The Company wishes to announce it has agreed to issue a total of
3,000,000 common shares in its capital at a deemed price of
.05 to its
Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Caddy, who will retire on August 24, 2012,
to settle an amount of $150,000 owed to Mr. Caddy as part of a severance
payment totaling $400,000. Mr. Caddy was first appointed the Company's
Chief Executive Officer and a director in February, 1998. The shares to be
issued will be subject to a four month and a day hold period from the date
of issuance.
The Company also wishes to announce the appointment of Michael Leidich
as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director effective August 24,
2012. Mr. Leidich was appointed Chief Operating Officer in October, 2011
Mr. Leidich is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with 35+ years of
experience in the mining industry. His management, new product development
and M&A activities were pivotal to the exceptional growth of his previous
company. Mr. Leidich has been with Aldershot's wholly owned subsidiary
Royal USA Inc. since its inception and has been responsible for the
management, growth and development of its joint ventures and properties. He
was instrumental in the negotiation of the strategic alliance with Energy
Fuels. Mr. Leidich is a registered Colorado Professional Engineer and a
Registered Member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Inc.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Caddy for his contributions over
the many years and wish him luck in his future endeavors.
