Research Alcanna (CLIQ), they area liquor store company that owns cannabis stores under the name Nova, and they have not made major changes like this.  Plus the news article said that Solo Growth Corp has terminated its services agreement, moved headquarters, and change the CEO and board member (Solo liquor store representative).  Federal regulations are not the real concern with this news release its a change in startegy move. 

SOLO should be a good 3-5 year investment and reassessment will be needed along the way. At $0.06/share and given their current liabilities and assets they have great potential. 

The only thing that TRULY concerns me is the amount of outstanding shares they have compared to the competition.
