RE: GiftSometimes when this type of deal is being hammered out it is actually in the best interests of the company to have a low stock price, so who knows, it might be AMG itself that is negotiating something for themselves better long term by having short term weakness in their own price. Maybe, Capella gets a percentage of value and the lower that percentage is (i.e. stock price) the better for AMG.
Out of the 360 thousand shares sold today, Anonymous sold about 320 thousand of them, so someone doesn't want to be recognized as a seller.
I would be lying if I said I actually had a clue on this one, but what AMG is selling for is as ridiculous a price action as you will ever see.
This is stunning to me. There is so much selling at such a low level that the 1 month RSI looks like a road without a turn at oversold 30.
