Blue - I've given you friendly advice - not threats - you can do with it what you please.

I do find it quite interesting that you run to the BCSC so quickly.

You seem to have it all figured out.  You really should be CEO of a mining company.

All you'd have to do is negotiate one deal for them. the stock would go up 10,000% and you'd be rich - it's really that simple.

Again, you've not addressed my issues.  Have you spoken with AMG and voiced your concerns?  I'm guessing not.

We all agree that the deal isn't a great one, for now....but have you seen the markets lately?  You think this is an environment which puts a junior in a good negotiating position?
