Kazaa - I agree - voice all concerns out loud - but don't file a complaint without doing all the proper DD.

Reading a few press releases doesn't qualify for that.

Why not call both companies and find out what they argue are the benefits of having our CEO on their board?

How do you know he's getting options?  Did HE tell you that?

All i'm saying is make sure you've checked all of the boxes before coming to any finite conclusions.

I've done my DD and while i'm not anywhere near blown away by the terms of this deal, i'm still a buyer of the stock and feel that ultimately, this will help the company greatly.  Time will tell.
