Yes - and Mr Somji was the guy who took-over Rio Alto with his "shell" and turned the mine that he purchased with his "shell" into a mine producing over 100,000 ounces of gold/yr within 2 years of buying the mine.

Sound familiar??

Seems like whether you own the "shell" or not, as long a you have a piece of that mine, you're good.  See my point here?
