I think this is their point - they are trying to serve shareholders because ALS alleged incompetence hurt us. I guess it may cause problems with other assay labs and divert cash and time from mining (but McMillan's compensation may be success based). But ALS likely has insurance for this and we may see a fairly fast settlement. I agree it is a shame they couldn't settle this out of court but insurers often won't act unless there is a court case.
However, AMG is mostly a play on Pinaya and that is in Rokmasters hands and with that deal they have the cash to continue with Red Mountain to infer another 1m ozs next year and waiting for VIT to move their Eagle deposit to production and thereby derisk our project.
