RE:RE:RE:amk and stng

RE:RE:RE:amk and stngSo I went back into SEDAR and looked at the documents over the past 15 years or so as you mentioned and I was astonished that you mention "just that they are finally getting PAID".
Not picking on any 1 individual but I will use Mr. Blaney as it looks like he has been consistently there for the 15 years or so.  Upon seeing that I do recognize that Mr. Blaney does need to be commended for sticking it out during the good times and bad for sure.  However I've pulled the $ compensation from the Information Circulars for the last 15+ years and here are his salaries and $bonus over the years:
***Please note*** Please feel free to fact check and make corrections as its possible I missed a number while reading the SEDAR documents.  If applicable please make corrections and update myself and the board.  These numbers are for illustrative purposes only and could be off.
2006- $150000
2007- $147500
2008- $150000
2009- $150000
2010- $ 75000
2011- $130297
2012- $150000
2013- $150000
2014- $255000
2015- $184518
2016- $187272
2017- $187072
2018- $159272
2019- $220768
2020- $290000
2021- $340000
I'm not saying these salaries were not earned or deserved i'm just highlighting that it appears the execs at AMK have been paid very well over the last 15 or so years. If this is viewed as a sacrifice on their part then please tell me where to sign up.
For comparison sakes I took a look at Tudors filings and in 2020 Walter Storm made $120000 plus options etc..... and Ken Konkin made $167000 plus options etc.....  Maybe one of you numbers guys can tell me the compensation per foot of drilling in 2020 that the AMK execs made compared to the Tudor execs.
What is also of interest is what most CFO's of penny stocks are pulling in.  6 digit compensation is very rare on the venture for CFO's.  Take a look at some of the venture stocks that Sprott has invested in and look what their CFO comp is. What exactly is the AMK CFO doing that warrants this salary?  Especially when he is working an exec capacity for STNG and AFF too.
Something to think about.  Happy to hear others points of view.
Drill baby drill!  Cant wait for the drill results.
