The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

RE:Mining and exploration are a small worldWhat the !? Does any AMK shareholder feel like they are being knifed in the back by a family member? Maybe I am wrong but It sounds like hiring someone as your employee then having them use that knowledge of the company learned  to go ahead and start their own gig and steal your clients (shares) away from you. Am I way off base?

I would also be interested to know if any members of the AMK team or board are headed over to Cunningham with some sweet stock options after the deal is done??

Also, if this said "director and advisor to Tudor" is not now taking 20% of TC project over to the 60% Tudor side of control with this move??

Hard no for me at this point as a shareholder if this comes to a vote.
