Why would Tudor buyout AMK? My understanding is on February 25th AMK is totally separated and in position to sell if offers come in. Im surprised Teutons management haven't followed this arrangement of a spinout also  Mahalo

They basically agreed to align their exit strategy with E Sprott. For the right price and or share combination.  At 15 million oz's we will have 3 million of those, which for a MC of less than 120 million US $ is nuts !

I agree with you Flash. AMK is primed to be the first takeover candidate. My one concern is not proving up enough value of the perfect storm first before a takeover. However, as you said, Sprott and management wouldn't let AMK go without the right price so I do trust in their judgement. GLTA!

FYI Teuton are not explorer compagny, they will go on a venture partneship to explore their land as they did with Decade August 25, 2020 for example and AMK in April the 11 2007 . They could simply sell their part of treaty Creek. AMK are explorer and as soon the deal is complete to move their property to Stinger they will announce the drilling exploration for Dunwel . https://www
